Sorry for not posting in a while. Everything has been hectic lately! Well since my last post a few things have happened some good, some bad. Well lets start with the bad.... I still don't have a car. I was hoping that this would be a smooth ride with all of the insurance and car stuff. What was I thinking? Nothing is ever easy with stupid insurance companies. Whether its car, medical, or drug insurance they are all the same. They seem to not be too worried about it, but of course not its not their car! lol! But oh well. Enough about that. The good thing is that saturday after my wreck I got to take a short trip to Gatlinburg with Zac and his family! It was sooo... fun ( and freezing). We went shopping, to Dixie Stampede, and Ober Gatlinburg. Zac and I went ice skating in Ober it was an experience (for zac at least). I was ok at it but Zac on the other hand, well lets just say he fell like 10 times. We had a blast. Watching him fall was hillarious. I got to eat the famous Gatlinburg candy apple! Man was it good! lol! Well I am at school about to start on a paper that is due tomorrow :-/ . Here is a few pictures from the trip though! TTFN

I just wasn't meant to have a car!

Well first off, Yesterday I reached a milestone in my life, I paid my car off. I was sooo excited because 1st,that is $200 extra a month in my checking account 2nd, I am actually growing up and feeling good about myself. Well SPLAT ON THAT! Today I treated myself to a day off from work study and staying home to chill , to reward myself for paying off my car. Well I decided to go to the shop to get my roots done because I was way overdue, so I went to the shop and did that, well it was time to go to work so i left the shop on my way there. Well funny story before I tell you about what happened afterward. Last night after Keri's baptism I was telling Jared about my achievement and He said " You watch you'll wreck your car tomorrow" and I proceed to tell Jared " And you'll be paying for it too" Well here goes after I left the shop I was at the red light in Graysville on my way to work, my light turned green it was green for a good 10 seconds before i went, so I went and when i started going I looked over and when i looked there came an 18 wheeler headed toward me and I realized IT'S NOT STOPPING!!! So all I could do is hold on tight to my steering wheel and scream, and think I'M GONE! Well he hit me and was going I know, about 65mph, I was so shaken up. I turned my car off and just started balling and squalling!!! So I looked over and there was this really tricked out Chrysler 300m stopped beside me, and there was a black man driving and a white woman in the passenger seat. I roll down my window and the woman says " OOOOO Gurrrrlll dat truck jus ran dat red light. You ok gurr!" Ok at the time I wasn't laughing but now I think that was hilarious. So people start running up to my car asking me if I was ok and all i could say was, and this is me balling and squalling " I JUST PAID IT OFF" lol! Needless to say I was heartbroken. So they took me to the emergency room and got checked out and I'm fine. I'll just be a little bit sore tomorrow. My car is totaled.OUCH that really hurts me to say that! The whole front of it it torn off! If I had been an inch further out in the road when he hit as Uncle David said " There would be no more Jasmine" I know, I know, scary thought....life without Jasmine, who would want that? lol jk! O well I didn't get hurt that is all that matters I guess. I may be better off in the long run who knows! It was his fault soo... we'll see! pray for me and my car! lol ! TTFN

**Worn out**

Here lately I have been soooo..... tired! It's just like even if i sleep 12 hours it wouldn't be enough for me! But I guess with working basically 2 jobs everyday and then school on top of that has a lot to do with it! I'm becoming to get ill very easily too, its like the simpliest things just push my buttons and I get so mad so easy... and believe it or not i'm usually not like that! I just think that all of the stress of school and work its just really taking a toll on my body!! I just wish that things would slow down for a while... I'm tired of being tired!! lol ! But maybe things will slow down soon and I will catch up on all of my sleep! lol!
As many of you know I love facebook and myspace... most of the time if I'm on the computer I'm on either one of those! Well I was looking at a few of my older friends pictures and realized that I am so glad that I quit being friends with them when I did! There are pictures of them drinking, smoking, and wearing the skimpiest(sp?) clothes, all over guys etc. It makes me think about what they used to be like, I know that me and a few of them used to be attached by the hip, everywhere she was I was and vise versa. It makes me so sad to think how much fun we used to have together and how we used to talk about people like they have become. Its really sad! In a way I think that its my fault for not leading them in the right direction... But then again I tried all i could and didn't work... some ppl just don't listen, but one of these days they will wish that they did. One of the girls even got baptized into the church one year at camp... I was so excited...to think that i had a part in bringing someone who hadn't been to church her whole entire life to christ... just made me sooo... happy! Then the next year when school started back she wanted to go to church where all of the "cool" people went.... it broke my heart... I know me and Rachel cried and cried for nights about it! But we tried! Its so sad ...... how can people be so IGNORANT?
Well anyway on a good note, I think I did reallly good on my math test last week! I will get the grade monday and will post (if its good) lol...

WOW!!

Hi everyone,
Wow the weekend was sooo... busy! Ok first things first, Addi did awesome in the pageant Saturday!!She looked so georgous!! I went back to the back with her before the pageant started and she was so excited!! She didn't look nervous at all! All of the little girls looked so cute and they all kept coming up to Addi and saying " wow you look so pretty" and of course DIVA ADDI would just spin and grin and say "Thanks" in that sweet little voice! It was the cutest thing!! So after it was over I asked Addi if she had fun and if she would like to do it again next year..... she said "OOOO...YEAH" Congrats Addi you did amazing!!
Mom is doing ok besides the steriods making her extremely emotional! Please continue to pray for her and little JaKeria!!

Getting ready for the big day saturday!

As many of you know Addi is going to be in her school pageant Saturday! I am so excited and anxious for her!! I know that she is going to do great!! She recently asked my Kim if she had went over to the courthouse to get her spot in the parade after she wins the pageant! I thought that was so funny! Poor Kim... I don't know who she got this DIVA attitude from!! lol! I hope everyone comes to support Addi and this big day for her!!! It is this Saturday I'm not sure what time though I will have to find out from Kim! Addi is the sweetest little girl in the whole wide world, I just know she will do wonderful in this pageant, and if she wins GREAT, if she doesn't she is still a winner in my heart! I LOVE YOU ADDI! GOOD LUCK!
I recently had another math test with that CRAZY math teacher! I am having so many problems with her and her teaching. I had to stay up a long time Tuesday night telling Zac all of the problems on the pretest and him helping me understand! Overall I think i did a good job on the test! But this teacher is soooo..... WEIRD!
Keep mom in all of your prayers! She will be having a 3 day dose of steriods ran through her body! Please continue to pray that everything will be ok!
On a good note, I'm so glad that gas has got down under $3.00 a gallon! The other day on my way home from school I stopped at the QV station in sumiton and filled up... from a quarter of a tank it only took me $18.00!! WOO...HOO...! I think the gas was $2.24 a gallon! I was sooooo... happy! I hope it continues to go down!!
O yeah... I voted Tuesday night! That was very exciting for me! I felt something I've never felt before after I walked out of the church where we voted... kind of like I had accomplished something BIG and for the first time I felt like I am getting older! It was a wonderful expierence and quick too... thank goodness! The election didn't come out as I had hoped but I have prayed everyday since then that he will lead our country well and make all the right decisions for our country in the next 4 years!

Busy Busy Busy

Hi everyone,
I know I'm a little behind on posting!! sorry! This weekend has been very busy but good!! Friday night Alex, Zac, and me got ready and went to Uncle David and Aunt Susans house for their Halloween party!! We had a blast! The food was amazing (as always) and the spook trail was even better ( well not better but really good) lol! Saturday we went to the shop because Zac was way overdue for a haircut!! The rest of the day was really chill! We watched Wind Chill, Saw III, One Missed Call, and Transformers!! It was a lazy day!! lol! Sunday we went to West Walker to church and ate lunch at grammies, and man was it good, then we went back to WW for the singing at 2, after that we went to Zacs and played football and watched another movie!! So it was a very busy weekend but really fun too!
School is getting harder and harder everytime I come!! I have decided to switch from pharmacy to nursing bc of all of the school and Auburn only takes 120 students out of 800-1000 students who apply every year!! I would have to take 2 years of pre rec. classes and then apply for the pharmacy school and I just don't wanna risk not getting in after all of that hard work!! So I am going to start getting all of my classes together next semester so maybe I can get into nursing school next fall!! I'm really excited about it and hope and pray everyday that everything works out!! Well I guess I've done enough babbling for today!! TTFN!

trick or trunk!!!

Almost Happy Halloween!!! I'm so excited about Halloween! It is one of my favorite holidays of the year!! I am always trying to figure out how different I can get with my costumes!! These past 2 Halloweens have been even more fun because Zac and I have been able to dress up together!! I love brainstorming on which two characters we can be for Halloween!! Last year it was Beauty and the Geek, this year it was between Barbie and Ken or Sharon and Ozzy Ozborn!! After we debated and thought on it for a while we decided that it would be more fun to be Sharon and Ozzy! So... last night was our trick-or-trunk at church we all had a blast!! I have always looked forward to trick-or-trunk ever since we started it!! It is so much fun!!! I get to be with my favorite people and play with all of the cousins in their costumes!!! TTFN

Happy 30th Birthday Kim!!

Where do I start??? Well I'm going to try my hardest not to get to mushy but sorry if I do!! Anywho, today is MY FAVORITE girl cousin Kim's big 30th birthday!!(lol) Kim, I hope you have the best birthday ever! I love you so much! It seems like yesterday I would get off the school bus at your house and be sooo.. excited because we would always bake cookies or cakes! I will remember that forever! I look up to you soo... much and hope to grow up and be as good of a mom, strong christian woman, leader, and most of all as good to Addi, Levi, and Lila as you are to me! Thank you for all that you have done with me and for me throughout my life! You and your family mean the world to me, never forget that! Even though your getting old i still love you as much now than I did when you were younger!!(lol) Just kidding about the getting old thing!
I have so many priceless memories with you, lets recap and get some laughs out of this:
1. Baking with you when I was little!!! Messy and Fun!!!
2. Getting off the school bus and hiding my fingernails from you so you wouldn't try to clean them out! Man I hated that!
3. The day you got this great idea to tie a string on my tooth to the door and slam it shut , and me running with the door because I was so scared that it would hurt!!(lol)
4. The night we went to eat after church at Dairy Queen and you surprised me with tickets to the NYSNC concert!! WOW that was fun!!
5. On the way to the NYSNC concert when we stopped at arbys to eat and you wouldn't get me 2 sandwiches because you didn't think I would eat them, and I ate that one arby sandwich in like 2 seconds! (lol) you didn't question me when I said that I was hungry anymore after that! HAHA...
6. The day you and Paul got married, I got up at like 2am in the morning and cried because I thought Paul was taking you away from me!! ( Paul i thought you were a mean but not anymore) lol
7. That morning that I met Paul at church and he said" Hi, Jasmine how are you?" and i reply with " FINE" and just walked off! SORRY PAUL!!
8. Getting to come to FHU and visit you and go to class with you and file papers for that teacher I think her name was Mrs. Bean.
9. The time Alex and me came up with Josh and Daniel and I cried the WHOLE way there! I think I also threatened to jump out of the car and catch a plane or something!! Then i cried because I didn't want to leave!
10.AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST......... That time I got to come and visit you and I made you cry by saying" Kim WHY DID YOU HAVE TO MOVE SO FAR AWAY!!!" So I was crying, you were crying and it was just a mess!!! (lol)
I know this has been a long blog but Kim means so much to me and I couldn't let the day go by without writing her a special little letter! Thank you for always being there when I need you! I LOVE YOU KIM AND I HOPE YOU HAVE THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!

Weekends go by way to fast!!

I love the weekends, the only thing is they go by way to fast! Lets just say that High School Musical 3 is the BEST EVER!!! I know what your thinking " How old are you???" Well I know I'm 18 years old but I will admit it "I LIKE HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL" Well anywho it was really good! i loved it! Zac, on the other hand, well just ask him!! (lol) In other news, mom went to the doc today and he said that her blood levels were high and that they needed to do some tests to make sure that she is not rejecting the liver! So everybody say a special prayer that everything will come out fine in her tests! well anywho TTFN!

HELLO

Hi everyone! It has been such a busy week balancing school, work,and church can sometimes be trying but I did it and got through it fine! School this week has been kind of hard but... I have breaking news I actually had a real conversation with my math teacher yesterday and she was kind of nice to me!!! Wow rite??? I was shocked, I still don't like her that much though!! (lol) Well last night at church I was standing around talking to a couple of people and a certain really tall person came up to me ( not going to name any names) and says" I like your hair straight by the way" and of course I said thanks and I thought that he was giving me a compliment well... then he proceeds to talk and he says" Well you walked in Sunday and I thought Oh my goodness she forgot to comb her hair" well he sure did bust my bubble! I thought I looked ok Sunday but I guess I was wrong! I thought that was a pretty funny story to tell for today!!! As you all know today is the dreaded Thursday..... I can only hope that we are not busy today and will get out of work at 6:00pm! HIGH HOPES!!(lol) Well I hope everyone else has a great day!! TTFN

Cell Phone Drama

Well as you all know by now I recently got a new "COOL" phone that is easier to text and has alot of extra stuff on it. Well this morning I was leaving the house to go to school, I had my hands full literaly, I had my backpack on, holding books and binders in one arm, and a coke in my other hand and trying to talk on the phone at the same time. Well as I was throwing my purse in my car, I had a MAJOR blonde moment. I just lifted my head up and my phone fell off my shoulder and hit the concrete and went off.After I quit screaming at myself and think how stupid I was for doing that, I picked up my phone and turned it back on to call Zac back, well I dialed the number and I couldn't hear a thing, it said that it was connected but i couldn't hear a thing. So I call again and put it on speaker phone and it works. I decide to go to the at&t store in Jasper during one of my breaks from classes that i usually eat lunch in. So I get there and of course they put me on the phone with some women that couldn't speak a lick of english, she transfers me to someone else and they say that the warrenty won't cover it bc I dropped it. I was furious. But I don't have the money right now to fix it so I guess I'll just have to talk on speaker phone for a little while.
Anywho in other news, mom is doing great. She went to the doctor this morning and he was so happy to see her smiling. Mom said that she made his day. Which just made me soooo... happy. She is eating more and more daily and I'm very happy of that too. TTFN

People are crazy!!!

As many of you know a while back at work we had a change in ownership... I thought at first that it was going to be really weird having to learn things differently after having been working there for a year, and only knowing that one way to do things. Well needless to say I was VERY wrong! Everything is so much better now that Brandon has taken over. Well Lynn, my old boss, still works two days a week Tuesday and Thursday. I don't mind Tues. because Brandon works too, but Thursdays have turned in to the dreaded thursday EVERY WEEK!! Lyn has become very pushy and rude! To me more than others. We are supposed to leave at 6pm well on a good thursday we leave at 6:30pm! I know, crazy right??? Today I got to work a little late because dad had to go and pick Alex up from school. So I get there and all the sudden 15 people walk in!! So automatically i thought HERE WE GO AGAIN. That would be ok if Lyn didn't go SOOOO.... SLOW! He litterally moves like a turtle! I get so frustrated at him! He recently learned how to do the inventory order , that we send every night before we leave. So I was standing there filling scripts and working like a slave(lol) and i looked over at Lyn and he was just standing there looking at me like DUHHHHHH.... so I assume that he has already done everything and I'm getting really excited because i think "Finally we are going to get to leave on time" well, I spoke to soon! I look over at lyn and ask "Are you done with everything that you have to do so we can leave on time?" (this was at 5:30) All of the sudden he looks at me and says "Oh I still have to do the order" at this time I just give up!! I was like are you kidding me???? Well again, we didn't get to leave until 6:45 ! O well I guess I'll just have to get over it!!! What do I do?? I know this was a really long post and probably boring too, but i thought it might be interesting! lol

The big clean up!

Hey everybody!
I want to dedicate this post to all of the women at church that took on the brave task of cleaning up our house! Deep cleaning our house i should say!! You all did a fantastic job! Susan Glenn, Pam Glenn, Kim, Emily, Tina, Katie, Mia, and anyone else that I don't know of right now, I just want to say thank you so much. All of you mean so much to my family and me. I look up to each and every one of you and hope to grow up and be a great mom, wife, and christian like all of you are! You are all such good role models for me and I really don't know what I would do without each and every one of you in my life! The house looks ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!! It looks like a totally different house! I do want to tell everyone that if I ever mention that I don't have enough clothes or that i need a new piece of clothing........... PLEASE STOP ME!!! While putting up all 500,000,000,000,000.... pieces of clothing that all of the ladies washed for us i was thinking " This is crazy to have this much clothes, I know we don't wear half of them" lol! Anywho, thank you all so much for every single little thing that you do for me and my family! I don't tell you all how much you mean to me , or thank you enough!
Well last night after Kim left the house I went to lay down because I was just worn slap out, well..... of course right when I layed down i wasn't tired anymore. So I got up and started cleaning my room! WOW! I know right! If your reading this right now you are probably shocked! LOL! But anyway I dusted, disinfected, and cleaned like a busy bee until around 1:15am when i finally got done! I felt like I had accomplished something! I said to myself " Aunt Susan will be happy now because my room isn't the room that is ruining the MOTIFE (sp??)" Well finally it was time to go to bed for a few hours , just to get up and do it all over again today!
Mom is getting to come home at 2:00pm today! She is still doing exceptionally well for having had a liver transplat 7 days ago. well TTFN ( ta ta for now) lol...

Its me again!!

Hello everyone!!
While having to stay in the waiting room for long periods of time at the hospital this past week i have been blogging for mom! After blogging on her blog for a few days i decided that i really liked it alot and that I was going to start with a clean slate and start blogging! I know you all have probably given up on me and my blogging past but I promise that this time I will try and keep it up on a regular basis.
Mom is doing very well and she informed me this morning that the doctor said that she could come home tomorrow! I was in total shock and still am! This whole experience has been a blur for me!! Seeing mom and how well she is doing with her transplant is really a blessing! It makes you think " We are so lucky" I am so thankful that her body has responded well to the liver and is functioning well!!! I walked with her down to the 2nd floor yesterday when I was there because she said that she wanted to look at something different! So off we went! She did so good and was a little worn out when we got back to the room, but she was happy to finally see something new!!
So now its back to the busy working and school world. UGGGGHHHH...... ! I guess you have to get back in the swing of things sometime!! Juggling school, work, and having a social life is really hard for me!!But somehow it all works out!! School is still going good!! And yes, I still can't stand my CRAZY math teacher!!! I may as well be the teacher in that class!! THATS BAD!!lol!! well i hope everyone has a great day!!!
